Triple-Cascade Waterfall Planter
The Triple-Cascade is a three-tier waterfall planter that combines vertical water movement with integrated planting space at each level. Water descends through three staged basins, with a planter pocket at each tier—allowing you to build a living, layered composition of water and foliage.
The three-tier configuration produces a more complex soundscape than a single-drop fountain: each tier adds a distinct acoustic layer, building from the bright upper register to the deeper bass of the bottom basin. The result is a fuller, more immersive water sound—effective for masking street noise in urban settings.
Material & Craftsmanship
- Aviation-grade stainless steel—corrosion-resistant, built for decades of outdoor use
- Precision TIG welding—clean, continuous seams with no visible porosity
- Brushed or powder-coated finish—hand-applied and quality-checked
- Integrated water pump—whisper-quiet, energy-efficient, UL-listed
- Concealed plumbing—all water lines routed inside the structure, no visible tubing
Design Intent
"A waterfall planter shouldn't just be a planter with water stuck on the side. The Triple-Cascade integrates both at every level—each tier has its own planting pocket and its own water drop. The plants soften the steel, the water animates the plants, and the whole thing reads as a living piece rather than a product." — Designer's note
Applications
- Urban courtyard and balcony noise masking
- Residential garden focal points with living planting
- Privacy screening with integrated water and greenery
- Restaurant and café patio styling
Planting Notes
Each tier has a dedicated planting pocket with drainage control. Suited for low-water plantings—ornamental grasses, succulents, trailing plants (ivy, creeping jenny), and shallow-rooted perennials. Avoid aggressive root systems that could compromise the basin structure over time.
Installation
Self-contained recirculating system. Standard 120V GFCI outlet. Level surface required. Soil and plants not included. Full planting guide provided—covering species selection, planting depth, and seasonal maintenance.
