## 1. Professional & Commercial Use Disclaimer
Our products, including but not limited to matte black stainless steel water walls, laminar flow fountains, and integrated planters, are precision-engineered luxury hardware. While we cater to both custom homeowners and design professionals (landscape architects, contractors, and designers), all users are expected to review technical specifications, engineering footprints, and plumbing requirements thoroughly prior to ordering.

## 2. Order Acceptance & Custom Production
* All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Sun Aesthetic Design LLC.
* Because our premium metal water features involve specialized structural preparation and rigorous quality-control crating, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
* In the event of an order cancellation by us, a full refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

## 3. Pricing and Payments
* All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.
* We accept standard secure payment methods provided at checkout (including major credit cards and secure payment processors). 
* You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

## 4. Limitation of Liability
Sun Aesthetic Design LLC provides high-end modular components for landscape design. We are not liable for any structural damages, plumbing failures, electrical non-compliance, or personal injuries resulting from improper installation, uncertified contractor assembly, or product modification by the buyer. Professional installation is highly recommended for all linear LED lighting setups and integrated pump systems.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of registration of Sun Aesthetic Design LLC.
