## 1. Shipping Methods & Rates
* We provide **Free Freight Shipping** on all modular stainless steel water features and planters delivered within the contiguous United States.
* Due to the premium nature, high-end finishes, and oversized weight of our landscape products, all items are shipped via specialized multi-modal ocean freight and finalized by professional domestic LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers. 

## 2. Processing & Delivery Times
* **Handling Time (Order Preparation):** Standard products require **5 to 7 business days** for secure heavy-duty wood crating, meticulous quality inspection, and international logistics preparation before dispatch from our facility.
* **Transit Time (In-Transit):** As our high-end water features are shipped directly from our specialized manufacturing facility via dedicated ocean transport and local LTL trucking, delivery to the US mainland typically takes **25 to 35 business days**, depending on your specific location and customs clearance. We sincerely appreciate your patience for premium craftsmanship.

## 3. Freight Delivery & Inspection Rules
* All residential deliveries will include a complimentary **Liftgate Service** and a standard curbside drop-off. 
* The domestic freight carrier will contact you ahead of time via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. 
* **Important:** You or your authorized representative must be present at the time of delivery to thoroughly inspect both the exterior wooden crate and the internal product *before* signing the delivery receipt. Any exterior damage must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading to protect your transit insurance.
