Thank you for choosing Sun Aesthetic Design. We pride ourselves on engineering architectural-grade, premium modular stainless steel water features and modern landscape solutions. Due to the oversized nature and high-end craftsmanship of our products, our return and refund policies are structured to ensure both customer satisfaction and fair trade practices.

## 1. Order Cancellations
Because our matte black stainless steel water features and modular planters involve specialized production and handling setup:
* **Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering:** We offer a full 100% refund.
* **Cancellations after 24 hours:** Orders cannot be canceled or modified free of charge once the logistics, crating, or preparation process has commenced.

## 2. Returns & Refunds (Damaged or Defective Items)
We guarantee that our products are shipped in pristine, structural condition, complete with functional laminar flow systems.
* **Inspection Upon Delivery:** You are strictly required to inspect the exterior crating and the internal product upon delivery. 
* **Damaged during transit:** If the item arrives damaged, you must document it with clear photographs/videos of the packaging and product, and contact our support team at sunzeping2356@gmail.com within **48 hours** of receipt.
* **Resolution:** For verified shipping damages or manufacturing defects (e.g., issues with laminar flow walls or integrated LED lighting), we will provide replacement parts or a full refund/exchange at no additional cost to you.

## 3. Returns for Remorse / "Change of Mind"
Due to the significant freight costs, custom crating, and high valuation of premium architectural hardware:
* We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or remorse reasons once the product has been dispatched or delivered in perfect structural condition.
* Please carefully review all technical specifications, modular dimensions, and installation parameters provided in our product listings prior to purchase.

## 4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our management team:
* It will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
* Please allow **5 to 10 business days** for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
