2. About Our Products

All Sun Aesthetic Design products are made to order. Each piece is custom-fabricated after you place your order, with a production lead time of 4-6 weeks. Product images on this Site are design renders and conceptual representations. Actual finishes, dimensions, and details may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of fabrication. We reserve the right to make minor design modifications that improve structural integrity or performance without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email. If we decline an order, any payment already collected will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and modify prices without prior notice. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. For custom design projects, deposit and payment terms are outlined in your custom design agreement.

5. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping to over 237 countries and regions. Production lead time is 4-6 weeks. Transit times vary by destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, content, and materials on this Site are the intellectual property of Sun Aesthetic Design. Our product designs are original works created by our founder. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any design, image, or content from this Site for commercial purposes without our written permission. Unauthorized use of our designs constitutes copyright infringement.

8. Product Use and Installation

Our water features and fireplaces involve water, electricity, and in some cases bioethanol fuel. Installation must be performed by a qualified professional in accordance with all local building codes and regulations. We are not liable for damages or injuries resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow installation guidelines. For bioethanol fireplace products, always follow the safety instructions provided with your unit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun Aesthetic Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Warranty
