Refund Policy

At Sun Aesthetic Design, each water feature and fireplace is made to order, crafted to your specifications. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Production Timeline

Our made-to-order pieces have a production lead time of 4–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your piece ships.

Cancellation Window

Within 48 hours of ordering: Full refund, no questions asked.
48 hours – 7 days after ordering (pre-production): 80% refund. A 20% restocking fee applies to cover design and material sourcing costs.
After production has begun (7+ days after ordering): Cancellation is not possible, as materials have been committed and fabrication has started.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of made-to-order products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship:

Damage in transit: If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Manufacturing defects: Covered by our 2-year warranty. Contact us with photos and a description; we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Wrong item received: If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange return shipping at our expense and send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.

Custom Design Services

For our Full-Scope Custom Solutions and Standalone Design Services, the initial design consultation fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered. Project deposits are refundable per the terms outlined in your custom design agreement.
