Standalone Design Services is a design-only engagement for clients who want professional water feature or fireplace design, but plan to handle fabrication and installation independently. You receive the design and technical documentation; you manage production yourself.

This service is suited for clients who have access to a fabricator, or who want to use the design as part of a larger landscape project managed by another contractor. You get the design expertise; you keep control of fabrication.

What's Included

• Initial consultation—requirements gathering, site review (remote), design brief
• Concept design—2–3 sketched concepts with material and finish recommendations
• Selected concept development—detailed design of the chosen concept
• Technical drawings—dimensioned fabrication drawings suitable for a metal fabricator
• Material specification—steel grade, finish, pump/plumbing specs, glass specs (if applicable)
• 3D rendering—visualization of the piece for client or stakeholder review

What's Not Included

• Fabrication management or oversight
• Delivery or installation coordination
• On-site support during installation
• Warranty on fabrication (handled by your chosen fabricator)
